Today, I had the privilege of joining the Canadian Red Cross Meals on Wheels team in Etobicoke North – and it was a powerful reminder of what community truly means.
Alongside Newman, a dedicated volunteer, I helped deliver meals and saw firsthand how much this service matters. It’s more than food – it’s about care, connection, and dignity.
With over 70,000 meals delivered each year, this prorgam helps people stay healthy and live independently in their own homes.
